Charon and Persephone

This finely crafted silver pendant features a beautifully detailed, high-relief depiction of Charon and Persephone, inspired by ancient Greek mythology.

• Design: The face of the pendant portrays Charon, the hooded ferryman of the Underworld holding his staff, alongside Persephone, the queen of the Underworld, adorned with a crown of pomegranates and wheat stalks while cradling a basket of sacred fruit. The lower section features an elegant relief of blossoming pomegranate flowers and fruits.

• At the back side a written text in Greek state the gathering in Hades

• Framing: The central scene is enclosed within a classic, continuous Greek key (Meander) border, flanked by delicate laurel wreaths on the sides.

Comes with a waxed leather pore with silver 925 clasp, Length 60 cm.

About our plating methods on silver 925:
We add as a standard a heavy coat of .40 microns 18k Gold plating & .25 microns for white and black rhodium plating .
.40 micro inches is a relatively thick layer of gold plating and will last many years if not a lifetime if you take care of it correctly.
