This meticulously crafted, double-sided sterling silver pendant is a powerful tribute to the Greek goddess Artemis, the divine huntress and protector of nature. Created by the master artisans at Jewelryrider, this piece is more than just jewelry; it is a wearable work of classical art.

The front of the medallion presents a majestic full-body portrait of Artemis. The goddess is depicted in a high-relief standing pose, clad in a patterned chiton (tunic) and a flowing himation (cloak). Her hair is bound up in a classical style, adorned with a crescent moon. In her right hand, she holds a grandly arched, bow, ready to draw an arrow from the quiver visible over her left shoulder. She is flanked by her sacred animals.

The reverse side of the medallion offers a powerful composition of Artemis’s core symbols. Positioned against a background of ancient, swirling cloud and wind motifs, a prominent, large-scale, high-relief bow, a cluster of arrows, and a crescent moon form a central X-shaped composition. Flanking this symbol are two majestic, facing eagles with wings spread wide, ready to carry their goddess’s will.

We add as a standard a heavy coat of .40 microns 18k Gold plating & .25 microns for white and black rhodium plating .
.40 micro inches is a relatively thick layer of gold plating and will last many years if not a lifetime if you take care of it correctly.
